Ross Bay Villa launches Ownership Campaign!
November 25, 2014

See our ‘Welcome’ page for the current progress of the Campaign!

The Ross Bay Villa Society has been given the opportunity to buy Ross Bay Villa to ensure its future preservation.

We have to raise $130,000 to pay off the mortgage and transfer ownership – from the Land Conservancy who are in financial difficulties – to the Ross Bay Villa Society.

Time is of the essence. We are asking you to please consider a donation to help pay off the mortgage of Ross Bay Villa.

All donations over $25 will receive a tax receipt. We are a registered Charitable Organization. All donations made in the 2014 Calendar Year will be issued a tax receipt by February 28, 2015.

Cheques may be sent to:

The Ross Bay Villa Society
c/o 1569 Gregory Place,
Victoria, B.C. V8P 2T7, Canada

Cheques over $25 will receive tax receipts. (Charitable Registration #832843734RR0001)

Or, make a donation to the Ross Bay Villa Society through
CanadaHelps via Credit card; Paypal; Debit or Gift Card.
All donations through CanadaHelps will receive tax receipts from CanadaHelps.

What is CanadaHelps?

From the CanadaHelps website: “CanadaHelps is a charity that ensures all Canadian charities – most notably, the smallest ones that need us the most – have access to the online fundraising tools, technology, and education they need to succeed. Our platform allows charities to spend less time on administration and more time carrying out their missions.

Our efficient operations are funded through only 3.9% of donations, and the generous support of people like you. Because we’re a charity ourselves, our fees are a fraction of those of the for-profit alternatives, allowing more money to go directly to causes. Your generous donation helps us meet the growing needs of charities that rely on our services while maintaining the highest-level security”.
