Sarah Crease was an artist, botanical illustrator and prolific correspondent.  Copies of some of her water colours of the local landscape hang in the drawing room at Ross Bay Villa. Former Archivist, now Curator Emerita of the Royal BC Museum, Katheryn Bridge is the author of Henry & self: the private life of Sarah Crease, 1826–1922.
