The 2016 Annual General Meeting of the Ross Bay Villa Society will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Ross Bay Villa, 1490 Fairfield Road.

All Board positions, to a maximum of 10, for one-year terms, are up for renewal at the AGM. Current Members willing to further the goals of the Society and are willing to dedicate the time required, are encouraged to put their names forward by email to membership@rossbayvilla.org. Nominations are also accepted at the AGM. Only current members can vote at this meeting.

If you have not yet renewed your membership for 2016, please remit your cheque to 1569 Gregory Place, Victoria, V8P 2T7. Or, you can stop by the Villa on Saturdays between 10am and 2pm.

A Membership Appreciation Barbecue in the garden will follow the AGM.
