Colouratura Melissa Irvine and accompanist Alex Chen will perform vocal music from the 19th century and earlier.  The program will feature selections by composers Henry Purcell, George Frederic Handel and Johannes Brahms as well as songs from the popular repertoire by Robert Burns, Stephen Foster, Chauncey Alcott and others.
