The Hijinks of Edgar Crow Baker The BC Archives holds twenty years of the colourful diaries of E.C. Baker who was a successor to Francis Roscoe, as Member of Parliament for Victoria from 1882-1889. Baker’s frank and intimate diaries paint a vibrant picture of social life in Victoria during the 1870s & 1880’s. Presented by art conservator and Victoria social history aficionado Simone Vogel-Horridge who will share the many diaries of Edgar Crow Baker.
