“The Tales of D. W. Higgins”

is an intimate evening of dramatic readings based on the book “Mystic Spring and other Tales of Western Life” by early British Columbia journalist and politician, D. W. Higgins. Storyteller Jennifer Ferris (great, great niece of Higgins’ wife, Mary Jane Pidwell) and Ross Bay Villa tour guide Kathryn McAllister will animate Higgins' gold rush stories.

What better way to escape the dark depths of winter than Time Travel in the cosy and restored Ross Bay Villa dining room?
