“Victoria: City of (Lost) Gardens” –
This illustrated lecture will talk about the nurseries and seedsmen that supplied the gardens of early Victoria. We will explore gardens of historic homes, and look at how gardens have changed and how they were used. Some long-lost gardens, public and private, will be revealed, through maps, photographs and illustrations.
